AGR, a part of the continuance of the international development of Saint Jean Industries

January 2008, Saint-Jean Industries has finalised the buy-out of the AGR Corporation in Germany. This buy-out is part of the continuance of the international development policy of Saint Jean Industries. This new production site will allow Saint Jean Industries to be in direct contact with the German constructors who are one of the important targets given our ambitions in Germany

A word from the president Emile Di Serio:

" Saint Jean Industries is happy to now count the AGR plant near Leipzig among its manufacturing sites. In fact, Germany is for us the leading potential market in Europe. After setting up the technical office in Beilngries (Bavaria), the acquisition of a manufacturing site with its support services is a natural evolution. We think that the team in place will help us to take a new part of the market. We are also expanding our range of products whilst ensuring the synergy of the group."

AGR in a few words :

The AGR Corporation for Aluminium-Gieβerei Rackwitz GmbH opened in April 1925, from 2002 it has specialised in producing modules cast in aluminium. It has a surface of 30 000 m² of which 15 000 m² is the production workshop, for a total workforce of 135 employees and a tonnage of 1500 t / year.
It's principal clients include: Behr, Audi, BMW, Pierburg, Audi, Bizerba, ZF Lemforder.
