QUALITY POLICY

The new strategic and ambitious areas, have been defined throughout the Strategic Plan of Saint Jean Industries. Additionally, the prescriptive quality demands (ISO 9001 and ISO TS 16949) have adapted to the industrial world and notably improved in a way to provide added value. Our policy must adapt to these modifications and give support towards two main areas :

Our quality environment safety policy, rests on the principles contributing to one objective : THE SATISFACTION of OUR CLIENTS.
Excellency for Saint Jean Industries, our objectives are :

• to satisfy our clients,
• to obtain adapted and long-lasting results,
• to anticipate the needs of our clients,
• to be competitive and assure durability of our company.

In order to do so, Saint Jean Industries applies a principle of continuous improvement (PDCA : the Deming wheel).

A new quality, profitability guided, made of efficiency and innovation, is implemented in order to contribute to the perpetuation of the company, in a bigger and more open world, (globalisation) by assuring complete client satisfaction and employee implication.
Zero defect is our target. It relies on a robust / validated product engineering and an industrialisation / mass production under a continuous process manufacturing control. We deliver safety related components, that implies a great rigour throughout the product manufacturing.
We should « be the leaders in our market », this means to « Construct, Control and Succeed in the modifications, with the men and women in our company » in order to continually aim towards EXCELLENCE.

Environment and Safety are two strategic areas where regulation and legislation are more and more significant. These two areas are directly linked with our continuous improvement approach.
St Jean industries has the will :

• To protect the environment by continually tending to zero risk of pollution and by promoting recycling.
• To continue to improve, by protecting human safety.
