  • 1962 : Creation of SARL Garavoglia Frères - Fabrication of cast parts - 6 persons
  • 1971 : Mr. Thomas DI SERIO entrance in the company. Evolution to fabrication of technical parts.
  • 1991 : New name : SAINT JEAN INDUSTRIES.
  • 1998 : License sold to Superior Industries
  • 2000 : Technical and Sales agreement with TSL
  • 2002 : Emile DISERIO, son of Thomas, takes over the management of the company.
  • 2002 : Construction of a 2nd 10,000 sqm building in Belleville (France) plant : 2 high capacity Cobapress lines + one dedicated workshop for atomated machining and assembly lines.
  • 2003 : Set up 2 sales & technical offices in Germany at Koblenz and Ingolstadt
  • 2003 : Start of production site in Croatia (Slavonski Brod.)
  • 2004 : License sold to Myunghwa Industries in South Korea, company specialized in chassi sand engine parts mainly for Hyundai Kia Group.
  • 2005 : Purchase of DURANTON SICFOND & LELEU (Venissieux & Geney, France) : Aluminium GDC, LPPM & machining activities for Truck, Electrical and Industrial markets. 120 employees
  • 2005 : Opening of a representative office in Shangai (China).
  • 2006 : Purchase of suspension parts plant from SUPERIOR (Heber Springs, Ark, USA), from our licensse SUPERIOR Industries : 300 employes.

  • 2008 : Purchase of AGR company for Aluminium-Gieβerei Rackwitz GmbH speciality near Leipzig in Germany (135 employees).
  • 2009 : creation of sales offices in Brasil and Italia.
